Stab Resistant Armor

3TEX has created stab resistant armor using one layer of 3WEAVE fabric. This armor provides superior protection at a lighter weight. Stab resistant armor is engineered to meet most NIJ and European standards.

Body Armor Inserts

3TEX has developed body armor inserts using state-of-the-art 3WEAVE fabrics to meet NIJ0101.04 certification standards. Using 3WEAVE fabrics reduces the overall weight of the armor when compared to conventional 2D fabrics and increases performance, especially near the edge. 3TEX inserts are designed to defeat several hits of multiple threats including M61 AP, M80 Ball, 7.62 x 54R Ball & AP, and 7.62 x 39 Ball & AP, providing increased protection to the soldier.
